One-in-five unhoused people are chronically homeless, meaning they have been without housing for 12 months or more or experienced repeated periods of homelessness in the past 12 month. Even when they obtain housing, the shift can be difficult and many return to homelessness if they have no support system.
River City Ministry offers transitional housing to help formerly homeless people or people at risk of homelessness navigate these life changes by building community, developing discipleship, providing wrap-around services, and offering affordable rent.
